Emotional symptoms of anxiety attack
Different people suffer different kinds of anxiety attacks.
However, there are emotional symptoms that are typical of an
anxiety attack and anxiety attack disorder. They are:
- Feeling tense and jumpy
- Feeling irritable
- Feeling of dread or apprehension
- Always anticipating the worst
- Trouble concentrating
- Restlessness
- Always looking out for signs of danger
- Suddenly feeling that your mind has gone blank
Again, you may not be experiencing all these emotional
symptoms of an anxiety attack. But if you are suffering
from several of them, it is fairly certain you are
experiencing anxiety attack disorder.
